tumeric and ginger work great in addition to Fish oil capsules for joint/back pains.

fish oil (capsules)
bromelain (tablets)
use olive oil whenever possible
raw onion
arceola cherries
blueberries
Green tea
cayenne pepper
Pineapple
sprouted grains
Broccoli
