The Best Cornbread Ever
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup Bisquick or any similar baking mix
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup cornmeal
Mix together and bake in in 9x9 greased pan
350 degrees F
35 minutes
This recipe is courtesy of Morning Ramble. It's similar to the one I use, except for the Bisquick. Can't wait to try this one!
